Position Overview
The Franchise Development Coordinator manages the day-to-day workflow that moves franchise candidates through the development process. This role handles scheduling, communication, documentation, CRM accuracy, and candidate support to ensure a fast, organized, and compliant pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily pipeline activity and maintain clean CRM data
- Schedule intro calls, follow-ups, interviews, and discovery steps
- Send required documents and manage disclosure timelines
- Track candidate progress through each stage of the development process
- Serve as first point of contact for inquiries and maintain strong communication cadence
- Prepare weekly reports, update dashboards, and support forecasting
- Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, and Onboarding for smooth handoffs
- Maintain system workflows, templates, and process documentation
- Identify bottlenecks, stalled leads, and process gaps
